Example of Custom Screen Printing on T-Shirts

Just last week we completed a heat-applied custom screen printing t-shirt for a customer who does renovations here in Brantford Ontario. The project entailed screen printing their logo with a motto on the front and back of the shirts.

These types of printing jobs can take anywhere between a few hours to a few days depending on the complexity of the design, the type of apparel and the number of apparel to be printed.

In the video below you’ll see a quick example of how heat applied printing works.

It’s a pretty straightforward process, but it’s quite important that when the apparel is on the press that all wrinkles are out, and that the apparel is flat. This ensures the design will be imprinted flawlessly and without and defects.
